Sorry I've never tried that. I only worked with EMS ringtones, I've
referred you to that document because I've read about EMS animations
there, but never tried myself with that kind of EMS content.

If you send me what you're doing I can check it out, though.

It's rather old (2002) but AFAIK the specs are valid.

The best you can get are "user-defined animations" (8x8 or 16x16, 4
frames pictures).
