Hi The screenshot attached to your email does correctly show UCS2 encoding of the short message. If your other operator is not sending similar then it is the other operator that may well be wrong. A UCS2 message should be represented as binary in SMPP and not hexadecimal text within the short message field. Regards Mark Hay HSL
