Hi, Guys. I'm connected to an operator using SMPP, and I've got some doubts.
They gave me 3 system types to use same short number: _ (a) First one for SMS MT with XX money charged to client _ (b) Second one for SMS MT with YY money charged to client _ (c) Third one for SMS MO. Free of charge. Depending of certain circumstances (a) messages should be sent to client with no charge to the clients. Is that something that I could manage using kannel, or operator should create a free of charge system type ?
