you CAN do that, depending on the bind modes they allow you for the system types
(== user accounts in SMPP).
When the (c) system type is allowing you to bind as receiver (obviously here to
receive MOs) AND transmitter, then they may allow you to send MT via the (c)
channel transmitter bind for free to the users?
