The username and password are valid. We can access to
SMSC using another soft.

first of all: DO NOT CROSS-POST TO LISTS! we consider this "abuse".
I assume that the SMPP SMSC requites 'system-type' directive to be set. Some
SMSCs are pendantic on values in the bind_transmitter PDU if they require
specific values.
Please check if 'system-type' needs to be set.
What other software?.... shame on you! you should use kannel only! ;)
