Hi,
Is there any way I can send server initiated notification (PKG #0) message
to the smartphone from kannel? The OMA specification explains that the
content type should be application/vnd.syncml.notification. If it is
possible with kannel to send such a wap push message, can anyone please
explain it?
Hi Murali,
it's definetly possible, the only pitfall is: you need to encode it on your own.
There is no "interface" that picks up the XML document and encodes on it's own.
In case this is similiar to OMA OTA provisioning docs, using WBXML or similar,
we may add a corresponding HTTP interface URI.
