Kannel connection to send SMS

Hi,

 

Anybody is aware of the followings?

 

1)       Is there any Kannel connection available to send SMS?

2)       It should allow HTTP access to send SMS

 

If yes, what will be the charge to send SMS to Greek (only for the
moment and later anywhere in the world)

 

I am looking for cheap and best.
