No problem...
As I mentioned in my answer to you privately, the normal Kannel isn't able to
act as SMPP server. Hence you can only provide HTTP connections to your clients
for using your own SMSC upstream connections.
There are commercial add-on extentions for this purpose, acting as Kannel SMPP
v3.4 server that are provided either by Rene Kluwen or by me.
