I need it because whenever I send MO SMS with characters like '_' I
receive it as '?' in my application.
When I applied this patch it solved the problem but I want to upgrade
the version 1.4.1 now...
no, 1.4.1 stable was before the patch was commited to cvs. So this is will be in
upcoming 1.5.0 devel branch and update to 1.4.2 stable branch.
