Ben, Of course we have, but take into account:
1. Why should I want to waste bandwidth and hit the original poster with two exact versions of the same message? 2. Many mail clients (AKA Gmail) have a Reply To All button accesible only under a menu, so I must make 2 clicks instead of one, so it's somewhat annoying (I know I'm being lazy here) to click to open the menu and then select "Reply to all".
