OH MY GOD, this is getting irritating. Please hire a consultant that can configure your network connectivity correctly. Then, if Kannel cannot establish a BIND_RECEIVE/BIND_TRASMITTER/ BIND_TRANSCEIVER connection, then get back to us with a detailed log listing from the Kannel bearerbox log. Or, provide a tcpdump/ethereal/wire-shark dump of the communication between your SMPP provider and you. We really do want to help you. But, until you can get your IP connectivity straighten out, you are wasting our time. See ya... d.c.
