Thank you Alejandro, I'm sending SMS to several operators with no problems and I'm sure that I'm sending the SMSC everytime that I send an SMS to Kannel. This SMSConn error happens sometimes, which means there are some SMS that failed to the operators. I just don't know why this sometimes hapens. :-(
I'm using Kannel 1.3.2. Hope you can help me.
