Actually there is no need to sownload anything extra. Kannel can test DLRs
through the fakesmsc interface. Try routing ppg messages to fake smsc, and
if you specify dlr-mask and have the fakesmsc client on, you will get in the
client both the message and the dlr in your specified dlr-url.
