He is beyond any help. Seems to lack essential skills to follow
documentation, or advise to configure kannel. Only solution would be to hire
a consultant to set it up for him. But that's just being a difficult case.
Objection comes for not following list guidelines. He consistently x-posts
and spams personal mails, despite advised not to. Language is also
questionable. "Please reply and don't tell me to read the manual for the
hundredth time". Creates the feeling that somehow we aren't doing our job
right and should try harder. This leads to resentment. He would get much
more with less pleading and emails.
I honestly believe that this is not the appropriate venue for him to seek
help. I believe that he must have realized that in the past 3 weeks he is
trying to setup MySQL.
