1. multiple cross mailing dev and users lists
2. non willing to read the answers, or at least to put some efforts following
the guides he has received.
3. he just needs someone to fix the "issue" for him sending magic "config" files

and i saw same additional mails at dev list,
which have been repeated like 3-4 times with the same issue: mysql based dlr
table
all of them URGENT ... :)
i dont mind such people, they just dont have enough experience
but after a month he keeps cross mailing..
means he ignores all the people willing to help him
this is enough for me to add the mail and the name in my junk listing
