Hi I got a simple question regarding some billing of the sms. Let's say that I have a direct connection to the smsc and I subscribe to a short code number, how do I charge my customer for the service I am offering.
>From I read from the internet, there are 2 way to charge the client: When the client send an sms to my short code When the client receive an sms from my short code If I chose the 1st option, can I determine whether to charge the customer on a premium rate or a normal sms rate?
