Hi, I don't understand you. You need to set &coding, not %C or &c (what animal is that?). %C and %c are values (not variables) that are substituted by kannel internally to the appropriate values. In this case you want to explicitly set coding to what you want, not have kannel generate it for you (in your GET or POST url).
