Hi, If by binding you mean "connect", there is currently limited live support using the HTTP admin interface. You can start/stop SMScs that already exist in the configuration file. Alejandro Guerrieri is working on a more versatile patch that will update the configuration file for smscs on the fly. It will work on completely new (not configured) smscs as well.
