I checked the logs, only thing problematic appears to be this text

WARNING: OMA ProvCont: No SSL Support, 'oma-settings' not supported!

Can this be the issue why the SMS messages are not getting opened by the
PIN.

And when you do please change subject. It is unrelated to OMA (OTA) 
settings.

Maybe you are trying to enter a PIN where no PIN is needed??

No logs/config/detail info no much help to provide... too much assumptions
to do
