Hi,

I'm using kannel for a year with two EMI2 SMSC (messages have priority and
are sent according to this by kannel) without any problem.
We have a contract with a new ISP who has only a CIMD2 SMSC. I can connect
to that SMCS, and i'm able to send sms through it, but CIMD2 connection does
not use the priority field (or i'm using it in a wrong way). I mean if there
is a huge number of sms's in the queue than the expected behavior from my
side is: messages with higher priority overtake those which have low
priority.
Can somebody tell me if it is possible to send sms with priority through
CIMD2 SMSC, or there is no way to do that.

Additional info.
We send sms by calling smsbox http interface like this:
https://smsgw/cgi-bin/sendsms?username=xxxxxx&password=yyyyyyy&to=123456789&text=Hello+world&priority=<p>

where p can be 0-3.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Bye
