It stands to reason that each different smsc protocol uses different values. 
However, it would be elegant for a kannel unified wrapper that converts 
everything to the respective values, vis-a-vis dlr mechanism. BTW the value I 
quoted is from the driver source code, not at the configuration entry point.

However this is just academic since priority doesn't seem to be implemented 
with CIMD2, and just a hint for whoever decides to add support.
