Hi,

Please read User's guide before posting to the list. There is a whole section devoted to fakesmsc.

Subject: Testing incoming SMS with fakesmsc (and sending sms via commandline)

So far I've been sending SMS from Kannel using the HTTP client but now I'm
looking to receive SMS but I don't have a phone connected to the server so
I'm looking to test it internally.

Is there a way to create a message in fakesmsc and route it back to itself
as though it were receiving it from someone else? (loop it back)

Also, is there any way to send SMS via commandline arguments? (not using
fakesmsc) I feel that having to create an HTTP server, send the HTTP
request, and destroy the server is rather wasteful when it comes to
resources.

Thank you
