A similar problem happens with sqlbox if you don't set the "sms_type" to "2"
when submitting mt's: everything works fine until you restart the service,
and then when bearerbox tries to restore the queue from the store it fails
with those errors.

I don't know if opensmppbox is leaving the sms type empty, if is this a bug
or misconfiguration (I've no experience with opensmppbox so far myself) but
perhaps the sqlbox issue points you on the right direction?
