I have tested kannel with messages having same priorities these messages should be treated like FIFO method means which message comes first should be reached first on particular smsc but kannel is treated all messages, having same priorities, equal and deliver them randomly even there arrival time is different why? Can anyone help me in this regard? Any solutions please?
