I'm using kannel 1.4.3 for a personal project. Unfortunately, I get disconnected very frequently from the SMPP provider for reasons that I cannot control. I have observed that there are always (a few) messages from witch I never get any DLRs, but I got confirmation from smsbox that they were received. Is there any way to know for sure if a message has been sent to the SMSC (and so, is their responsibility) or do I have to re-send it (my responsibility) ? How do you guys handle disconnections problems like this ?
