Can you test to send the sms from your phone to a couple of the numbers with errors? It might be good idea to call some of those numbers also. Maybe those numbers are outdialing numbers only and/or are not allowed to receive SMS -fixed lines? GPRS lines? special services numbers?- If that proves to be true, then you can safely ignore those errors. It might be a good idea to harvest a list of those numbers so you can create a sort of blacklist and check/validate destination numbers before sending them to kannel.
