Let me setup like that one smsc account on two kannel for MT load balancing.

I will share the outcome.

@Alex, we try to keep minimum sms queue on each kannel. This helps to
minimize the sms stuck on queue.

Also kannel has recent support with redis. I will test if that will help
sharing queue on both kannels. lets see.
