I asked to know if you are receiving reply LISP data packets (data, no
control).

When you send ping it is encapsulated and sent in a LISP data packet, then
the replies come back, encapsulated too, and are decapsulated before be
sent to the ping process.

I was trying to see if it was a problem of not getting LISP data
encapsulated answers at all or a problem on decapsulating/processing these
answers.
