It is strange :S. I have been able to ping the following addresses from
regular IP and from LISP EID:
2610:d0:21c5:26::1
2610:d0:21c5:28::1
2610:d0:21c5:26:21f:d0ff:fe53:302d
2610:d0:21c5:28:be05:43ff:feb7:a56a -> Is filtered
Your EID prefixes seems to be registered correctly to the Map Server so I am
not sure what could be happening. Could you give another try? From one prefix,
try to ping the gw of the other prefix.
