>From the given below limited logs, 32 is not SPND SVC ID. The mentioned
svc_id is MDS specific SVC ID (ps. see in mds_papi.h).
As you mentioned these logs are from unpatched 1.0-4 OpenSAF, SVC ID 32
is MBCSv MDS SVC ID.

>From the logs it is very clear that AVD-MBCSv sync send is timed out.
Active AVD lost its presence in the cluster. 

I recommend to apply the patch as the unpatched one may be inconsistent
with those applications referring OpenSAF SVC IDs/MDS SVC IDs/Table IDs
as a hard coded values. Unpatched OpenSAF has backward compatibility
issues.
