I think your interpretation that there is no need to do a
SaAmfCSIRemoveCallbackT is correct in case of SA_AMF_NODE_FAILOVER
recommended recovery.  But I was under the impression that TERMINATE in
its various incarnations like callback, CLC-CLI etc. (based on the type
of the components) would be invoked under such circumstances and not
CLEANUP.
