I am using ZORIN PRO 17.1. I just upgraded from 15.something. Chirp was working just fine on the 15. I'm using a BAOFENG UV-5R. I have tried 2 different cables, which both worked before this upgrade. I am pretty sure I am doing something wrong. That is what usually happens. I have tried /dev/ttyUSB0 up to USB4 with no success. I could just have syntax wrong which is usually the case. I am not real good with the command line; i.e. I don't know a lot of commands but I do know how to get there. The attached file will show the information on the CHIRP version. It is a screen shot from the HELP prompt. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help -- Joel F.
