Sorry for the interruption, new here.
Have the BTECH-50V2 base radio and would appreciate suggestions on which
MacBook Air or Pro, starting from the least expensive, to help run CHIRP at the
radio station desk. I have the cables from BTECH and the older iMCac 4.2 GHz
Quad-Core Intel Core i7, which OS Ventura worked with both the 50V2 and the V2
handle.
The problem is that it is in another room; hence, we need to move everything to
use the CHIRP program. It would be nicer to have a small computer (less
expensive) by the radio desk. Maybe a PC would be a good choice to? I really
appreciate any help you can provide. PS. I also am still working at
understanding all the manual programming. Although the manual is okay, I find
some aspects not very intuitive. My bad.
