Do you have two problems, right? The first one has you trying to transfer channel programming from your BF888 to your new T20c and the programming is wrong.
Why are you trying to copy from the BF888? Programming FRS and GMRS channels is trivial with Chirp, just use the drop-down menus to create a whole new program file for your radio with the FRS/GMRS channels you want. I think that would be best. The second issue is "not projecting audio very loud". A couple quick thoughts: - There are no 'audio settings' in the T20 as far as I'm aware of, so that won't be your problem or solution - are your FRS/GMRS channels programmed as wide (25 KHz) or narrow (12.5 KHz)? They should be Wide, not Narrow -are you sure about your channel programming? Are the frequencies correct? I'd suggest resetting the radio, reading it into CHIRP, using the drop-down to create a new set of programmed channels, and then seeing how the audio sounds.
