Hi All,
A warm congratulations to rtnpro, and kishan for being the local
coordinators of infamous dgplug. The term infamous I used to make you people
understand that "To every good thing you try and implement, there will be a
thousand to oppose you". From birth dgplug saw a rather topsy-turvy path,
than a normal one. During Kushal's stay at the college he had a rough time
to organise people, events, effective masses, and spreading the term
"dgplug" and effectively LINUX. After when Kushal moved out and the date
till we found Subhodip and Ajitesh, beleive me, it was a nasty blow. People
used to play pranks, make fun of this so called group. We had people in the
group , but I think "EFFECTIVE" was the term missing. I had to start this
Bijra projetc after Kushal and me discussed that dgplug has this only single
way to save itself and rise from the ashes, and Thank GOD today i see a
different dgplug. Beleive me initially also the days for Bijra was only of
Thorns. We had meetings but there were few attendees and may be a teacher to
support our back.
If i start to write about this all stuffs my mind or my
hands will start paining. Neways the main theme of the mail is to tell you(
rtnpro & kishan), that you are standing on so called land which have been
reaped and sowed many days earlier and now you can see the harvest. You
people will not face too much difficult times as we faced as now dgplug is a
term people likes to get associated with. The road is still not smooth as
now its you people's test of time how you grow yourself and by turn make
grow the dgplug. I coudn't myself did my maximum probably but i tried, the
rest of my descendents there also should think similar to me, but i don't
want to see a similar mail some 2 years wherein you people will state the
same.
Another most important thing, that you will grow and its good, but try to
take the group along with your growth. As local coordinators you will be the
most responsible and accountable and questionable to everyone. When you get
to a step of the ladder, don't forget the step just below it. You stepped in
that to get into the next one.
Hope you people got my words and thoughts.The action items being already in
channel #dgplug, I am not repeating.
Hope you people will do more than we did.
