Martijn, I set the base url for the portal and the PDF reply to inherit and it is now working. I didn't realize it would auto create the url, and that it was different. On a side note - the attachment box in reply page is squished in chrome (21.0.1180.60 m) but fine in IE (appliance Version: 2.3.1-7). Thanks for the help!
