Yes that is possible. On the MTA config page (Admin -> MTA) there are two relay host settings: External relay host and Internal relay host. Internal relay host is for email sent to external domains (i.e., domains that are *not* in the "Relay domains" list) and Internal relay host is for email sent to domains that are in the "Relay domains" list.
