I apologize for besmirching your search skills. :-) If Tom's suggestion doesn't work, it is probably in exe format. If you can contact whoever sent it to you, you could ask them to send it as a text file instead of a ptx exe file. If they created it, they must have the commercial product that would allow that. If you can't get it in a text format, then it is probably going to need that windows tool to read it.
