Glad you found your solution.  I will agree with Tom on building a basic
virtual windows machine for these odd non-crossover.  You don't need to
register it as, in your case and a few times I have needed similar, one can
simply fire up the vm and use for a simple purpose.  A non-registered OS
will simply not draw updates and not nerf the system enough to prevent
simple work from being completed.  In my cases, typically was to convert it
to something I could use on the Linux system.  The money is still with the
WinMac user but Linux continues to grow and users like you create demand
for a more universal solution such as PDF or non-platform dependent
software.
