It seems pretty clear that there's a problem either with Thunderbird or with
your configuration.

BTW, I've no idea what "Correspondents" means in this context. AFAIK
it's not a standard header, so presumably it's something TBird is
adding. IIRC the norm is for non-standard headers to be signalled by an
"X-" prefix, so that looks like a bug in itself.

poc
Thanks Patrick, the "correspondents" is a column in the inbox as presented by Thunderbird, I'm not sure what the column is presenting as for my replies it shows "Community Support" but for you is shows "Patrick O'callaghan <[email protected]". I've removed that column and replaced it with a "From" column, which identifies your emails as you and my replies as me, but for Michael it shows the "From" as "Community Support". What now wondering is Thunderbird not interpreting things correctly, from viewing the mail source the "From" header in your mail shows as From: Patrick O'Callaghan <[email protected]> , for Jeffery Walton's email the header shows as     From: Jeffrey Walton <[email protected]> , whereas for Michael's email the "From" column shows as    From: "Michael D. Setzer II via users" <[email protected]>  , hence I'm wondering if Thunderbird doesn't like the embedded quotes in the from header.
