I have a Dell Latitude. In Gnome Settings/Power the top line is "Battery
Level", and just below that is "Battery Charging". I have been setting
"Battery Charging" to "Preserve Battery Health", but until recently on F42
and early F43 "Battery Level" kept going to 100%, now, F43 with 6.18.3,
Level sits in high 70's when plugged in (currently 76% and "not charging".
