In Gnome Settings/Power the top line is "Battery Level", and just below that is "Battery Charging". I have been setting "Battery Charging" to "Preserve Battery Health", but until recently on F42 and early F43 "Battery Level" kept going to 100%, now, F43 with 6.18.3, Level sits in high 70's when plugged in (currently 76% and "not charging". -- George N.
