I have a Dell XPS 13 and a Dell XPS 16, both running Fedora 42 and
KDE. For both the battery settings in KDE are to only start charging
when the battery is below 50% and to stop charging at 90%. The XPS 13
obeys the setting, but the XPS 16 does not. I have only recently
become aware of the behavior and have not yet investigated if
something in BIOS is affecting how it charges.
