Hi,
I have just installed Kodi to see if it provides a better mechanism
to play Blu-ray videos I have bought. When I insert a Blu-ray disc into
the USB player Kodi automatically mounts the disc and locks Kodi up,
mouse movements are ignored and keyboard input for Kodi is also ignored.
The only thing I can do is use ctrl+alt+delete to attempt to log out of
KDE, but because Kodi is locked/hung the logout is prevented, the only
option I have is to use the machine hardware reset to reboot Fedora.
What do I need to look at to try to determine why Kodi is hanging
on Blu-ray disc insert?
