Looking at the available networks
virsh net-list --all
Name State Autostart Persistent

no default network, on the other hand
sudo virsh net-list --all
Name State Autostart Persistent
--------------------------------------------
default active yes yes
So what do I need to do to create the default network?
Are you trying to run "virt-install" as a user?
Add your user to the "libvirt" group and add "--connect qemu:///system"
to your commands.
You probably can't create a network using the user session.
I'm in the group
libvirt:x:385:pgaltieri
And this problem is only in F43, on Ubuntu it works fine
virsh net-list
Name State Autostart Persistent
--------------------------------------------
default active yes yes
when run as a regular user after using virt-install to create my VM.
grep libvirt /etc/group
libvirt:x:126:pgaltieri
libvirt-qemu:x:64055:libvirt-qemu,pgaltieri
libvirt-dnsmasq:x:127:
Is there some step I missed after installing the kvm/libvirt packages?
