Depends on your threat model. If you want someone who has access to your
account not to be able to tell that you have a cookie from a particular
site, you still need to purge them somehow.
If you have regular privacy needs, the "Total Cookie Protection" feature
should cover the threats that people had been using cookie clearing
extensions for.
