Not for me. FF 150, Fedora 44. Tabs are still as they have always been.
Do you have a tab managing extension perhaps?
I have Fedora 42, everything was OK with FF 136, I upgraded the system
and FF 150 was installed without the horizontal tab bar.
I downgraded FF to the previous version (136) and the horizontal tab
bar has been restored!
