Hello, I have been trying to set up a new F44 laptop with custom partitioning but am very lost with how to do disk encryption.
From all that I read, I see that whole disk encryption is possible with a toggle if you allow the installer to decide on where to install what. No other option seems to have an encryption option. I came across this article: https://dev.to/anay_pandya_bfac6bcdbb055/encrypt-once-boot-forever-tpm2-auto-unlock-on-fedora-44-533i but it again assumes whole disk partition set up presumably as part of a vanilla default installation. Is this really not possible? Any suggestions? Many thanks in advance, and best wishes, Ranjan -- _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected] Do not reply to spam, report it: https://forge.fedoraproject.org/infra/tickets/issues/new
