I thought you were upgrading to F44. That will take care of it.
You might need to use "--allowerasing". Just check the list of removed
packages to make sure it's not removing anything critical.
Not sure, last upgrade (fc42 to fc44), I removed the gnome-frippery to
be able to upgrade (without using the option --allowerasing which I will
do next time). The gnome-shell rmy was upgraded. This is why I am trying
to understand. Be able to run startx, and possibly to run frippery. I
what to be able to make a step back (gnome-frippery which requires
gnome-rmy) if necessary (in fc42 and fc44)
I don't understand. Did you upgrade to F44 or not? You're showing F42
versions.
