I don't know what depends on egl-utils, if anything, but as I have it installed,
as noted by my inxi output, and you do not, as noted by your inxi and rpm
output,
perhaps you could install it to see if it helps whatever your problem is.
I tried finding your post on the Hyperkitty list archive describing the problem
that you are actually trying to solve, but Hyperkitty behavior combined with
your
scrambled post quoting and wrapping made it too vexing to find.
