The device isn't sending a DownloadResponse response. This is why the task never gets deleted automatically. But that's not the main issue anyway. I can't really know for sure why it isn't working. Different devices have their own quirks and it's usually a matter of trial and error to pinpoint the problem. If I have to guess, it could be due to the device having trouble handling the XML shorthand notation (e.g. <TargetFileName/> instead of <TargetFileName></TargetFileName>). You could try modifying soap.coffee to make it replace those in the final generated XML string.
